Also responsible for transporting hotel guests to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently and courteously. **This position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and driver must be 21 years of age or older**

Front Desk Agent

This position is responsible for the check-in/check-out of hotel guests courteously and efficiently and processing of all payments according to established hotel requirements. This positions also provides information and assistance to all guests and visitors.


These positions are responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, public restrooms and outside grounds as assigned.

Evening/Night Rooms Manager

Specific to The White Elephant Hotel. This position is responsible for the management of all Rooms Division functions, directing and maintaining a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. This position operates with minimal supervision and requires previous experience in an upscale hotel environment, preferably in a management role.

Reservations Agent/Pre-Arrival Concierge

This position is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations and on island plans (dining, activities, etc.) changes, cancellations and information.

Restaurant Supervisor

Specific to the Brant Point Grill. This position is responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the food and beverage outlets. Applicants should work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.

Requirements include previous supervisory or management experience in an upscale restaurant. Experience in a high quality hotel restaurant preferred.

Executive Sous Chef

Specific to TOPPER’S. This position will be responsible for all aspects of Kitchen Management, demanding the utmost in creativity on a daily basis. Other important aspects of this position include the ability to: Maintain approved food costs and labor costs, Maintain positive guest relations at all times, Be aware of all Hotel services/features, Lead a large team of culinary professionals. Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position. A culinary degree is preferred.


Maintenance Engineer

This position is responsible for maintaining the general condition of the hotel properties with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work.
