Informational Lectures and Workshops


Volunteers are needed to share their talents and skills. Do you have a skill, special talent or experience you would like to share with our seniors and would be willing to provide an informational lecture or workshop?  Please contact Laura Stewart, Program Coordinator, at 508-228-4490 to discuss this further.

Computer Class: Internet instructions: Tom McGlinn, instructor


Every Friday from 10:30-noon. Tom volunteers his services at the Saltmarsh where he leads a discussion about ways to make use of the World Wide Web, from email and search engines, to pod casts and internet phone service.

Arts and Crafts

Social Duplicate Bridge Instruction

Knitting

Meals on Wheels Delivery and Congregate Lunch


Volunteers are needed to deliver meals to the elderly and there are opportunities to help set up, serve and wash dishes at the Congregate Lunch dining site at the Saltmarsh Senior Center. To find out more please contact Elder Services Nutrition Coordinator Mark Budaj at 508-228-4647.
