PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen/Board of Public Works on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 6:00PM to consider a request from Weller & Associates for a waiver from the Town of Nantucket Sanitary Sewer Policy, adopted on January 6, 1999 and amended on June 26, 2002, to allow for a sewer connection for 20 Winn Street to the existing Town sewer main located in Milk Street, using a low pressure (force) sewer system and environmental one grinder pumps. The hearing will take place at the Public Safety Facility Community Room, 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
