Nantucket Housing Authority

Its Mission

The Nantucket Housing Authority (NHA) is a public housing agency established in 1984 to provide and maintain affordable housing for low and moderate income persons pursuant to Mass. General Laws , Chapter 121B.

The members of the Authority consist of five citizens of the community, four elected and the fifth appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth. The Executive Director manages all Housing Authority properties.
