The Health Department is working on the implementation of a short-term rental registration program, the regulations for which were authorized by the 2022 Annual Town Meeting. The regulations were jointly adopted by the Board of Health and the Select Board on September 21, 2022.
The new short-term rental registration program will use Granicus’ govService Host Compliance, a service that helps local governments easily manage short-term rental compliance and enforcement.
The registration program is expected to be launched in June of 2023.
