Police Department Suspends Accepting Applications for Permits or Licenses that Require Fingerprint..

Effective Wednesday, November 18, 2020 the Nantucket Police Department has suspended accepting any applications for permits or licenses that require a fingerprint based criminal records check.

Center Street from India Street to Hussey Street Changing to One-Way Street Starting December 8

The Select Board held a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 and voted to designate the section of Centre Street from India Street to Hussey Street as one-way northwest bound (two-way section will remain between Broad Street and Hussey Street).

The traffic direction change will be effective December 8, 2020.
