1. Where can I find information about affordable housing?

Susan Bennett Witte is the Housing Planner / Specialist in the town's Planning Office. A central clearing house for information about all of the island affordable housing programs and opportunities for person of all ages is available. Sign up to get on the "A" List (A is for affordable) and get email notifications of news, events, programs, and vacancies of affordable units on the island.

2. Where can I find information about housing assistance?

The Nantucket Rental Assistance Program (NRAP) provides assistance for year-round residents who rent on Nantucket and have a temporary financial situation which affects their ability to pay their monthly rent. This is an outreach program of the Nantucket Interfaith Council located at:
