How do I use the online database?

Click here for a guide on how to use the online database.
Important things to remember:

  • Nantucket has both Recorded Land and Registered Land.  The system defaults to search the Recorded Land.  If you are not able to find the property you are looking for, use Search Criteria (in the upper left hand of the screen) to try searching the Registered Land (Land Court) side.
  • The website uses pop-up windows to view, print, and download documents. Your pop-up blocker must be turned off.  As each computer differs slightly, this is not something the Registry can help you do.
