    6. 2023 Sidewalk Dining Application

      On April 1, 2023 all Pandemic related extensions for outdoor dining expire. All Liquor License establishments wishing to continue serving on these outdoor extensions must file an Alteration of Premises application.

      In addition, the Town of Nantucket has approved the continuation of Sidewalk Dining. Businesses previously approved for sidewalk seating may use this form to apply for a 2023 Permit.

      The Fees and Conditions for dining and tables on the public way (sidewalks only) were approved by the Select Board at a Public Hearing on March 15, 2023.

      All outdoor seating areas must comply with ABCC guidelines. Please review.

      Please Upload Related Documents to this application. Emailing documents should be last resort as the volume of applications may lead to them being lost or blocked due to size.

      It is requested that all sensitive documents (Financial statements, Birth certificate/passport, etc.) be delivered by hand or express mail to be scanned. Licensing Office, 4 Fairgrounds Road, Nantucket, MA 02554.
