On April 1, 2023 all Pandemic related extensions for outdoor dining expire. All Liquor License establishments wishing to continue serving on these outdoor extensions must file an Alteration of Premises application.
In addition, the Town of Nantucket has approved the continuation of Sidewalk Dining. Businesses previously approved for sidewalk seating may use this form to apply for a 2023 Permit.
Please review all guidelines, License conditions and fees before application.
The Fees and Conditions for dining and tables on the public way (sidewalks only) were approved by the Select Board at a Public Hearing on March 15, 2023.
All outdoor seating areas must comply with ABCC guidelines. Please review.

Check License that applies to applicant premise.
Include description of service (i.e. hours; lunch; dinner; wait staff service); additional items in space (barriers; umbrellas; lighting; heaters).
