The Nantucket Islands Land Bank, the Awarding Authority, through its Commission, invites sealed bids from Contractors for: Improvements to House (Marble Farmhouse) at 125 Somerset Road in Nantucket, MA. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149 §44A-J, the project consists of but is not limited to: Building improvements including the renovation of the existing unfinished basement into two (2) bedroom dwellings/apartments. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 9/12/2023 at 4:00PM for filed sub-bids and by 9/18/2023 at 4:00PM for general bids. | General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternatives), and made payable to the NANTUCKET ISLANDS LAND BANK. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
