The Nantucket Islands Land Bank, the Awarding Authority, through its Commission, invites sealed bids from Contractors for: Improvements to House at 30 Mizzenmast Extension in Nantucket, MA. 

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149 §44A-J, the project consists of but is not limited to: Building improvements including construction of a first-floor addition; construction of a second-floor dormer and associated addition of shower to existing powder room; reconfiguration of entry/mudroom/laundry space; insulation of crawlspace; venting and electrical work; and work related to emergency egress compliance.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 9/12/2023 at 4:00PM for filed sub-bids and by 9/18/2023 at 4:00PM for general bids.

Qualifications:
General bidders must be DCAMM certified in the following categories of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.

Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement.

General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternatives), and made payable to the NANTUCKET ISLANDS LAND BANK.

Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
