Description:

The Nantucket Islands Land Bank, the Awarding Authority, through its Commission, invites sealed bids from Contractors for: Improvements to House at 14 Cathcart Lane in Nantucket, MA. 

Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149 §44A-J, the project consists of but is not limited to: Building improvements including the finishing of existing basement, replacement of select exterior trim, stripping of existing paint of select exterior trim to natural weather, and replacement of second-floor glazed doors.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 9/18/2023 at 4:00PM for general bids.

Qualifications:
General bidders must be DCAMM certified in the following categories of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
Miscellaneous:
General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five percent (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternatives), and made payable to the NANTUCKET ISLANDS LAND BANK.

Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
